Our Aftercare Responsibilities

In order to maximize our client care, it is of the utmost importance to us that in the rectification of defects that may arise our standards and expectations as detailed within our aftercare management system are adhered to, whereby any defects raised during the defects liability period, are to be emailed to and overseen and monitored by our Directors to ensure any defects which may arise are concluded in a timely manner.

We work hard to ensure that the working relationship during the defect liability period is as smooth as possible, creating customised solutions exceeding the client’s needs, delivering excellence with every client interaction.
